The restaurant section is based on authentic Mediterranean cuisine. By using exclusively natural ingredients and spices, and quick thermal preparation, we obtain dishes rich in minerals and vitamins whose aroma is memorable. Through the concept of healthy eating, our menu highlights a large selection of salads which, by their energy value, portion size, and attractive recipes, represent a perfect combination for an ideal meal. Alongside salads, our offer also includes a large selection of pasta, pizza, meat dishes, fish specialties, and desserts. In MONUMENT’s wine offer, we strive to select all the most famous world regions where wine is produced. We highlight a wide selection of red and white wines, as well as sparkling and dessert wines. From the enomatic machine in the wine section, we serve exclusive wines by the glass. With wine tasting, we offer a special food selection, as well as quality cheeses and pršut. In addition to a large selection of coffee, a special feature of our offer is fresh-pressed juices (combinations of different fruits and vegetables), as well as a fruit platter (fruit combination with honey, ice cream, or chocolate). All desserts are made from fresh ingredients. All cakes, doughs, fillings, and creams are made according to original recipes from different parts of the Mediterranean with the addition of "MONUMENT flavor."
