We are pleased to inform you that for quite some time now, restaurant "Caruso" in Belgrade has opened its doors wide to all guests eager for something different, quite unique compared to the city's usual hospitality offer. We modestly claim that in at least one thing it is "at the highest level"; namely, the restaurant is located on the eighth and top floor of the building at Terazije no. 23, from where a unique view opens over the Terazije plateau, the city center, the confluence of the Sava and Danube, all the way to Zemun and the plains of Srem. While enjoying your favorite dishes and drinks, or those from the House's original cuisine and drink selection, you can enjoy this view from inside the restaurant as well as from the terrace stretching along the entire southwest side. A delicate choice of ambient music, as well as the relaxing interior of the restaurant, will complete your experience and, we believe, encourage you to visit us again. Our restaurant primarily offers Mediterranean, local, and Balkan cuisine. However, there is also a section of dishes prepared according to rare or original recipes, whose diversity and wealth of finely balanced flavors will, we are sure, pleasantly surprise you. Drinks, diverse, from local and mostly familiar ones, through European and world selections, to those made by traditional methods in distilleries and cellars of our renowned producers, will give you the opportunity to choose exactly what will add a special tone to your enjoyment. In choosing food and drinks, our carefully selected staff, waiters, and top chefs are at your service. Naturally, a rich dessert menu will also give you the pleasure of that final sweet bite before we part until the next meeting.
